Make sure that the CD is included with your Book!!!!!! October 31, 2008 LB 0 out of 1 found this review helpful I received this book from Amazon, but did not receive the CD. If you don't notice this within the first 30 days, you cannot return it or exchange it for one that includes the CD - they will not correct the order. I purchased vol 1 and vol 2, and I did not notice before the 30 days was up as I was working first with volume 1! Great book, just make sure you receive the CD in the book!!!
